Jennifer Wilder, LCPC, CCMHC
Jennifer (she/her/hers) holds her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She previously served as DBT Therapist in a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program and has worked in hospitals, community organizations, schools, and universities. Her passion includes helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate the challenges of building lives worth living.
Jennifer brings cross-discipline professional experience helping catalyze transformation in the lives of individuals and communities. She has worked as a community organizer, pastor, leader in conflict mediation, spiritual director, and advocate for high-quality affordable mental health care.
Jennifer completed DBT Intensive Training through Behavioral Tech and completed training in DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) treatment for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention (Ex/RP) treatment for OCD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion, Bowen Family Systems theory, and Animal-Assisted Therapy.
For fun, Jennifer enjoys hiking, farming, reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring near and far.
